Sleep with pleasant dreams.
2. Heart calm
Heart beat not fast
Heart feel comfortable
No stresss
Blood pressure is ok
3. Appetite is good
Easily hungry
Food tastes nice even though simple food
4. Lots of positive energy
Feel good about oneself
Feel good about making so many friends.
Think of people’s good points.
5. Five hours of exercise and five flight of staris.
Feel physically tired but mentally alert.
